PROSEC is a private security services provider that combines competent human resources with the use of innovative technology to effectively protect its clients’ personnel and property. PROSEC started in 2012 with a vision to provide effective security solutions that exceed industry standards. Since then, PROSEC has grown to provide fixed site and mobile security and consulting services to a diverse range of clients ranging from hospitals, health services related clinics, schools, office buildings, hotels, and special events. Its president holds a law degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where serves as a Judge Advocate (military lawyer) and holds a security clearance. He has extensive real-world experience in the planning and execution of complex military operations and training exercises worldwide. He has deployed to Latin America and the Far East in support of the Global War on Terror, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and large multinational exercises like PANAMAX, COBRA GOLD, TRADEWINDS. We aim to provide effective solutions to our clients’ security needs in a manner that
exceeds their expectations. For example, PROSECPR Uniformed Supervisors are on duty 24
hours a day, 365 days a year. Our supervisors regularly communicate with our clients and make
visits to our clients’ sites. The purpose of the communication and visits is

visits to our clients’ sites. The purpose of the communication and visits is to make himself
available to the designated client representative, take note of our clients’ concerns, maintain
good order and discipline by our personnel. Our mobile Supervisors also bring additional value
in the form of marked patrol vehicles, defensive, and communications capabilities.

Before being hired, our officers undergo three two interviews, a physical agility test, a TOEFL equivalent test, as well as criminal and drug history reviews. Before being hired, our officers undergo three two interviews, a physical agility test, a TOEFL equivalent test, as well as criminal and drug history reviews. Our security officers receive legal (use of force), leadership, defensive tactics, lethal and less weapons training. PROSEC training program aims to enhance our ability to make decisions under pressure, defend our clients from threats, and ultimately secure your property and personnel. Our Officers can speak at least an elementary school level. Some of our Security Officers are also military veterans, former law enforcement officers, or have received extensive security related training. What's a product or service you'd like to show. All PROSEC Officers armed with lethal and non-lethal weapons are certified on the handling and application of non-lethal weapons on an annual and bi-annual basis, respectively. All PROSEC Officers receive annual legal training regarding the laws for the use of force. This training is provided by a licensed attorney and focuses on the laws and regulations
regarding detentions and the use of force. As a result, PROSEC has never been the subject of
a civil lawsuit or criminal prosecution alleging false imprisonment or excessive use of force. We hold our employees accountable for both on-duty and off-duty personal conduct. Our organizational culture rewards integrity, initiative, and professionalism, and also encourages creative and aggressive problem solving to address unforeseen challenges in the absence of specific orders. The combined effect of our recruiting, training, procedures, and organizational culture created a professional security force that deters & detects threats, and ultimately defends our clients from a wide spectrum of threats.
